Oh my WOW. This company is so wild. I accidentally ordered the wrong resistance level and they were so quick to overdeliver for me. I seriously couldn't even believe it.
Then by some sort of act of God the handle broke on one and I had a new pair at my door in a few days.
From a customer service standpoint this company is like one of the few companies that has ever wowed me so much.
From a product standpoint I gotta say I've been using them as my warmup before working out and I feel like my back and shoulders are actually becoming aligned better. I look in the mirror and can see I'm losing that "nerdy" posture just by strengthening them.
I was so excited I started adding in their "Iron Scap" protocol in a few days a week. Total game changer!
If you're on the fence get it! I have nothing but confidence that this company is committed to delivering for you. If you don't like it I'm sure you'll have no problems sending it back, but I don't know if you will want to!

Trinquilino, we will absolutely send you out a new crossover cord to replace the broken handle. That shouldn't happen, and we stand by our warranty. You will have a replacement in the mail today.

I purchased the Shoulder Package to do your 30-Day Shoulder Fix program and I'm delighted with the results. The pain I was feeling is gone and my shoulders feel like they are part of my body again ready and willing to do things! Physical therapy hasn't offered much success in the past, but this did and cheaper too.

I have some orthopedic issues at the moment and this is perfect to help me stay on track with all the glute activation I’m supposed to do. It is easy to follow along.

Very happy with my crossover symmetry bands. I would have liked to be able to buy the chart with what I needed . Don’t like that I can only get that with a package deal.

Very good quality product, just wish the training portal was a bit better. It is confusing. Too many buttons and not easy. The info booklets that came with the hip and core exercise also made it a bit confusing. Would be nice if it was an app. Thanks!

The gear and the packaging are great, but the access code to log in doesn't work and no one has responded to my emails for help.
