Purchased with arm care.com for my hs pitcher at the advise of his pt following an injury last year. Great for warm up recovery and rehab. Handles broke a couple weeks into use. They were quick to respond and replace. I highly recommend.

Had a slight problem with one band, which customer service responded to immediately with a replacement. I’ve been using these bands for a while now and had to get a second set for due to their popularity👍🏻

This is a great system for both upper body and lower body. I feel like I am truly warming up, before my workout, with this system. Thumbs up and a definite must have for any gym or for at home personal use to stay toned.

We love their products and can be used by both our two student athletes and us. We take to the gym with us and have the attachments to use in our home, as well. Seeing results in strength and flexibility by following the charts provided, as well! Outstanding customer service, not just a number and no automated response, real people, with really quality products that will last a long time and can be easily transported. Love Crossover Symmetry!!

I love the products. I have the hip and knee band and shoulder cords. The price is super high though. I wish the hip and knee band were offered in different sizes. I feel it’s too big for my 5’3” frame.

I injured myself a year ago and at my CrossFit box has a set up of crossover symmetry shoulder bands and the coach showed me how to use them. So I decided to purchase my own set for home after seeing how it helped me build up my strength

SO EASY. Feels great! I am a 57yo woman with should pain and poor posture. Doing this routine has drastically improved my posture and has significantly decreased my shoulder and arm pain in less than a month. I love how good my back feels to have muscles in it now.
