I’m 48 years old and after becoming a CrossFit enthusiast as a way to improve my physical health, I made my shoulder very angry. I didn’t start out with great mobility and as I began to get stronger, the weight wasn’t stable and I caused quite a bit of discomfort. I work electrical construction so being able to use my shoulder is an absolute.
I started some PT and after some training and the initial first month of using your Crossover Symmetry system, things are much more comfortable. Not only can I perform at work but I could do some real push-ups again. I couldn’t do that comfortably two weeks ago. This isn’t just a gimmick or gadget for the home gym. My shoulder and my upper body mobility are improving every week.

We bought the CS Bundle for both shoulder and hip/core work. The bands are top quality. We have a rack so the rack straps make attachment of the bands so easy! I’ve also been working through the low back and shoulder fix programs by way of the Crossover Symmetry app; I’m a chiropractor and provide many of the same core and shoulder exercises for my own patients. The programming and exercises are very smartly designed and the phone app makes it very easy to follow. Stellar product! Very highly recommended!

Once I installed the equipment using the mounting straps for the door, I was able to easily accomplish the exercises with the bands in the set that I purchased. Love it, such a different approach to add to my fitness regimen. I added 2 lighter bands due to age and back surgery which work well for me. Also the leg, hip and core set up was purchased. Had to call regarding problems setting up our accounts on the app and was quickly addressed. Great customer service. Only concern is the overall picture of the different levels, read book and watched videos but still little mixed up. But still using it and integrating in my workouts. Thank you for great company
