I have old shoulder injuries from my college ball days. I have done endless types of therapy and exercises with nothing working. Using these bands was the first thing that allowed me to be able to play ball again and be able to throw pain free. No other special exercises or trips to a therapist, just did the exercises and program provided a couple times a week. Worked great! Very impressed!

The service is fantastic! I am a new user and received great care. The equipment I purchased is excellent and the education and coaching available online is what makes the difference. I am already feeling improvement in a few short weeks. I highly recommend.

A high quality product with expert level quality in the guidance it delivers for those needing more resilient shoulders. As a professional in the field of sport science and optimizing human performance...I do not know of anyone that would NOT benefit from using these.

Just started about 1.5 week ago rehabilitating my right shoulder. Throwing motion makes it hurt. Constantly Going thru the videos to get the right technique. It feels like it helps. Have not gone to an orthopedic doctor. Thanks

Crossover Symmetry programming and customer service is absolutely first class. Unfortunately, I continue to break cable handles with regular usage. But it appears they have remedied the problem with a new generation of handles. Each time I have broken the handles the Crossover Symmetry customer service team has been very responsive. They are top-notch group of professionals.

I love my crossover symmetry system. I bought it to rehab a shoulder injury and I’m back to full strength. I now use it 3 times a week to stay strong and hopefully I hurt free.

Bands and ArmCare program are above reproach. Amazing tool! Only feedback, an iPad sized app would be great!
