I’ve had multiple bands and also went through PT for my shoulder. I decided to try the Crossover Symmetry bands and it’s been a few weeks and really like how the bands crossover giving more tension toward the start of an exercise. I don’t get that with my current bands that are a single band with handles on both ends. Don’t get me wrong, those worked, but now my preference is these bands.

Great quality bands that can be connected to anywhere
The exercise chart makes it easy to go through the programs (after you learn the exercises from the video library)
Bands are well made and work your shoulders out really good.
The programs really target the scapular muscles and rotator cuff
Very well put together

I emailed Crossover Symmetry when an item I wanted to purchase was out of stock. Within a couple of days, I was contacted and informed that as soon as the item was back in stock, I would be notified; and within a week, I was able to purchase my hip and core package. I was very pleased with the customer service and the product.

The bands are amazing, and I really appreciated the sale price -- that enabled me to get them instead of settling for other another brand that had not been recommended to me. And the customer service follow-up was incredible, I really appreciated the option I was offered when one size of the bands was out of stock. And then it shipped very quickly once that matter was addressed. First-class service and a first-class product. Thank you!

My son Will got me interested as he has a home gym and works out on a regular schedule with your crossover symmetry. I have been having trouble with my shoulders since my heart attack and quadruple bypass in 2020. The bands are making a difference and feeling somewhat better. I understand it takes a while but they are making a difference and I’m sure will keep better. Thank you

I have loved the experience so far :). The bands are great and the exercises too, I have challenged myself using weights and doing more reps.

These are the best bands I’ve used and have been personal training for the past 14 years. The programs are great and I would highly recommend them!

Friendly customer service! Really excited to see what this can do for me, only used it a few days so far and I like it a lot. This type of system will not only help me with my lifts but also with just daily/life movements.
