My shoulder pain is all gone after using the Crossover Symmetry system! This system saved me a lot of money on PT and has me lifting heavy weights again. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I am a big fan of this program which I am using to recover from a shoulder injury. The materials are high quality and the instruction is super spot on. Excellent work!!

The app is moderately OK, but my main complaint is that it's difficult/click-consuming to navigate to what I need. Hard to pick up where you left off on the programming, and hard to just find the video on the movement you're trying to do off the display card. However, the equipment is good and I'm happy with that. Results - jury is still out. Will need more time doing the program to see.

Great product. I have been following the CS for about 2 weeks now and see vast improvement in my mobility. The pain in my shoulder is not as bad as it was when I started the process. Looking forward to improved mobility and less pain.

Love the programming. Sometimes I miss a day or two but I continue to build strength and rehab my shoulders. I can feel the difference and less pain only after a week. Love it. Wish the videos worked on iPad and also wish the iPad app would work in landscape view not automatically turn it to sideways. Highly recommended to anyone experiencing shoulder issues and want to build strength.
