I started using crossover symmetry because I was having shoulder pain after having surgery to fix a torn rotator cuff tendon. I have been doing the activation exercises 5 days a week as part of my warm up. After a couple months, I no longer have pain in my shoulder.

I ordered from this company for the first time to rehab a bad shoulder. I ordered an extra set of bands but inadvertently ordered a duplicate size. I contacted customer support immediately to assist me with an exchange. They simply sent out the correct sized band and allowed me to keep the extra one. Great product. Stay consistent and you will see results. The shoulder fix program has really been helping my shoulders (one has a torn bicep tendon at the shoulder and one has a torn rotator cuff). I don’t want to go the surgery route so this is definitely a great alternative.

However, I wish a bit more diversity on the programs and more programs specific to individuals sports. It would also be great to hear product ambassadors how they are using the gear.
