Crossover symmetry has been amazing program for rehabbing my shoulders twice now after two separate injuries! The second time I started out, going to a physical therapist, but after two months of no improvement, I went back to the system that worked the first time, crossover symmetry, and again it strengthened and removed the pain from my shoulders so I could return to my normal activity and workouts. Also, unlike most online products and services, they actually are incredibly responsive and provide excellent, timely, professional support. Thank you crossover symmetry!

See my previous. submissions rejected by the site. Downloading videos goes 40-50% and then stops despite all I have tried. My emails for help are unanswered

I never leave reviews. Superb service. Matt was extremely helpful. I had seen the products online but they were not available where I live in Ireland. Matt arranged cut price delivery for my items from the US and I could not be happier with the products (one each of the three different hip and core resistance bands). I am a physiotherapist previously using regular theraband and these are a game changer! Squats, clams, bridges and monster walks will never be the same. Excellent quality with an equally high quality exercise guide included with each band. I don't know why someone didn't think of these devices sooner. Can't recommend Cross Over Symmetry enough.

The program is super easy to follow, and most importantly, effective! I received a friendly and timely response with the one question I sent them via email. Highly recommend this.

Always hard to incorporate something new into your routine, but so glad we installed Crossover Symmetry and got started. Quick to complete and great warm-up or cool down. Already helping the nagging shoulder injury and ‘waking up’ dormant muscles. Don’t wait, get started - you will glad you did!

Love my crossover symmetry! It is so versatile and really helps to work the stabilizer muscles in the upper body and now with the other hip & core system you can get your whole body involved. I have found it so helpful with my clients to correct posture and alignment as well as injury prevention. I am still learning more and can't wait to utilize all the things that crossover symmetry has to offer. If you aren't using these pieces of equipment you are definitely missing out on some great tools for yourself and your clients!

I have two boys that play baseball and football. One being a QB. These bands have been a game changer for both. arm-care and strength! Easy to follow instructions.
We need to spend more time with the hip core. They have only done the warm ups.

Great product. I used a stud finder to attach the hooks to my living room wall. Not the look for everyone I know, but it makes it super convenient. The videos that come with the purchase are great. I mainly follow the video instructions but sometimes I'll make up my own routine. I got the 3lb and 10lb resistance bands which are sufficient (I'm a 35 year healthy male) but I may eventually get some more resistance bands for more variation.
