Well-organized and effective shoulder prehab program with easy to follow instructions and videos for all levels of fitness. It now only takes a few minutes a day to get my shoulder muscles properly activated and they’re much more mobile. My shoulder pain has gone away and my posture has also improved!

Love love love! Recommended to all my friends. Watch for sales. The week after I purchased mine at full price it went on sale. Bogo. I was so bummed.

Loving the Crossover Symmetry! Shoulders are feeling a lot stronger. Finally warming up all of the little muscles around the shoulder.

I’ve used the pro kit at an old CrossFit I used to go too and it was huge help with warm up before the wods. I’ve always recommended getting one of these and I too finally did. But what I love most about this company is the customer service. Matt Unthank went above and beyond for me and in turn I was able to help a friend as well.

Definitely amazing products! I have several of the crossover bands and the door mount, as well as two Hip Halos. Their programs work!

The exercises are amazing. The programs are really well made. The hip band doesn’t seem like it’s that advanced. More that you’re paying for the program - but it’s worth it.

The program is great so far.
Opening my new package got me started with a bad taste in my mouth.
UPS did not damage the package, your shipping department did not pack it well. There was a small box bouncing around inside of a big box. The smaller box with my user manual and exercise reference chart was dented and damaged, My user guide has a smashed corner and the pages stick together. My quick reference chart has an ugly wrinkle in the corner. I would never choose this package from a store shelf. I feel I over paid for the equipment and it was damaged when I received it.

Marketing is great. Product actually works great. But tying the to follow the marketing into the app or the product is not possible. You have to just find your way around. Takes quite a bit of poking around and the app is slow. But stick with it and the results are great.
