I was a bit hesitant due to the price, but have zero regrets after using it for several weeks. Contemplating buying a second set to have at work so I don’t have to take mine back and forth.

Shipped right on time. Great product and our clinic will put these resistance bands to good use. A couple of our staff have these products at home and they came highly recommended.

I am not satisfied, one of the band sets had busted handles and the videos are through Vimeo which isn't a HTTPS secured website.

I have used the CrossOver Symmetry bands and its sister product ArmCare, to successfully rehab a college pitcher that had an Avulsion Fracture and even after surgery he could not throw more than 10ft without pain. I have also recently rehabbed 2 elite pitchers coming off labrum procedures and they are back throwing better than they did before the procedures. There is nothing that works as well as CrossOver on the market today, whether you have healthy athletes and looking to get to the elite level or elite athletes that you are trying to get back to the elite level...it is the only product I use and recommend to all my athletes.

Great bands. Had an issue with one set. They were replaced quickly and without hassle. These bands are a quick, convenient, versatile, and effective workout. I would consider them essential for almost any home gym.

Love the shoulder bands for both warmup before a workout and before shooting my bow.

I love the quality of everything and there is plenty of information available in the videos and in the booklet provided. My only complaint and the reason for not giving five stars is that there is almost too much information. The reason I say that is it is very difficult to tell exactly where to start because the app and the videos do not seem to sync with the booklet. I have shoulder pain and it’s hard to know exactly where to start and which exercises to do and in what order.

Had an issue with bands that were out of stock and emailed customer service. Very helpful getting my order sent out and then dealing with some missing straps. Thanks for everything.

Love the program! Has dramatically increased the range of my shoulder. The videos are very helpful. I use the program for warmups before training and the strength program on training off days. Thanks.

Still waiting on missing band from kit. There was an offer of a heavy band in place of the missing band.
I’ll accept the heavy band in exchange. Otherwise very happy with the system. William Hayes

William, we do apologize. Supply chain issues have created some issues and we are doing everything we can to resolve.

Very impressed with the results from Crossover Symmetry. The shoulder fix workout has dramatically improved my strength and range of motion in my right shoulder that sustained two smaller rotator cuff tears.
