Has been a great addition for in season conditioning and continued arm development. Has only been a few weeks, but already seeing results in velocity increase.
Only negative is the plastic handle areas broke during a workout.

I like product but low review is that over promise and under deliver. You sent me an email for more detailed work out help. No contact back from anyone. Very disappointed.

A product that has been made many times over, the Hip & Core is hands down better, has more inbuilt comfort and so many clients but one after using it in my studio!
