I have had the Crossover Symmetry for years and love the bands and their exercises. This winter I hurt my shoulder and used their Shoulder Pain program for a month. It is awesome. The videos are clear and the exercises are well explained with videos for each. I went from constant shoulder pain to almost completely pain free in a month. At less than 20 minutes per day. I also use their hip band and have found it equally valuable in strengthening my hip and improving both strength and mobility. They are a 5-star company with excellent support.

When I began the 30 day shoulder pain program, I couldn’t do an overhead press with an empty barbell due to immense pain. I just finished week 3 (failed the test for progression due to slight discomfort with multiple OHP reps) and am super impressed. Not only do I have a lot more definition in my shoulders but I was able to do 5 reps of an OHP with slight discomfort which is a huge leap from where I started. I saw a PT (virtually) about my shoulder/deltoid pain and he said I was already doing everything I needed do via CS and that there wasn’t much else for him to do for me. Only thing I would add to the program would be a relaxed hang hold.

First off, the product is amazing. I had a shoulder injury a couple months back and daily COS brought me to full health. I was using them in my CrossFit gym and loved them so much that I bought them for my home gym as well.

I've had nagging and consistent pain for over 3 years due to a twice separated AC Joint in my right side and an AC joint sprain on the left side. This was due to a couple of nasty accidents from competitive cycling. After struggling with subpar PT, I found a really good PT who turned me on to the CS system. In the 2 months of using CS, I have experienced substantial improvement in the health of my shoulders. My pain levels have reduced and I am much less frustrated with this chronic issue. I love the simplicity of the system. The activation phase of the program was just what I needed and I have bridged into the strength training phase. Both my strength and range of motion have gotten much better. I create CS for a much better quality of life! The only thing I would change about CS would be the cool t-shirts Matt wears in the instructional videos. CS needs to sell those to customers! I would love to have one!
