The Crossover Symmetry system was recommended by my PT as a tool to assist with recovery from my rotator cuff injury. Due to the severity of my injury, I was initially unable to achieve full range of motion with the 7lb. band, which I used for all the activation exercise. The videos were very helpful to show me the correct technique for each movement as well as adaptations need for my limitations. Three weeks into the doing the activation program twice per day, I moved up to doing full range of motion with the 10lb. and 15 lb. bands. My shoulder feels fully recovered and I am excited to continue to build a strong foundation of strength in my shoulder area for the foreseeable future!

I bought the Hip Core system to strengthen my hips and lower back. I was a competitive athlete in my 20s, so I understood what the Hip Core system was supposed to do. However, in my 40s, I'm using it to be able to work a full week sitting/standing at my desk and be able to be active on the weekends (hiking, horseback riding, roughhousing with the dogs). Like prehab. At first I thought, "Oh, I can just get some bands and do this", but I really like the sturdiness of the Hip Core band, the set program, and the helpful videos. Working from home right now, I can stop and get my activation done without thinking too much about it.
After a few weeks, I bought the shoulder system, too. So glad I did because they are very complementary. My planks and squats in the hip program have definitely improved since starting the shoulder system.

The product does the trick, but I found the customer service to be lacking for a few reasons: 1) the shipping information was inaccurate because my order shipped in two installments, but the email said just one, spurring me to take time off unnecessarily; 2) the training website videos are difficult to locate, but they are useful once you do; and 3) I bought the additional squat rack anchors that came with bolts that did not work with my Rogue squat rack. Rogue sells the CS product, but the anchors (an additional $50) require additional hardware. The product descriptions need some work, so people buying them online direct from this company know exactly what they get and what they will need to make it work for their situation (especially if the company sells its product with Rogue). The quality of the product is great and the set-up I now have works well for me. The product itself is five stars and worth the investment.

These are amazing! And the videos and program are incredible- they are definitely changing my life. My only criticism is that some of the programs are slightly unclear. I have been doing the 30 day shoulder pain fix, and it is great, but has sometimes taken a little while to figure out what to do that day, or how to evaluate which mobility exercises to do, etc.
