I’ve been using the hip & core for a few weeks now and the results have been great! The exercises with the included chart are easy to follow. Making progress in the lower back & hips. Quality construction too.

Best thing about Crossover symmetry System system is the integrated set programmes, video training clips and support. Price is high, but quality is first rate.

Love the bands, but would love a video full routine kind of like how Nike Training does instead of just one off movement videos.

Thank you for the review James.
There are In-Action / demo videos that walk through the whole series quickly. For Shoulder you should find these videos in the appropriate section. Activation, Activation + , Strength, and Recovery. For Hip & Core: they are in Activation, Strength and Plyo.

great products and fantastic customer service. I use the system almost daily and love it. Just moved up to a heavier set of bands after a year with the average set.

Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear that. I see the attachments you ordered left the warehouse via UPS on time. That was a month ago. I wish you would have let us know sooner. Anyway, we are happy to send out a replacement and we will work with UPS to find the lost shipment.

Excellent tool, excellent customer service. I was sent two devices and charged, but refunded and told to keep the other. Which I paid forward to someone who needed and could not afford. Bravo team!
