Awesome kit

Fantastic product that has strengthened our shoulders Jin a very short amount of time

Great product

Well processed!

Extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service. I ordered the individual shoulder package with the door belts for home use and received an email that they were currently out of the door belts, but would send me the rack straps package for the time being to get me started and would mail the door straps separately once they were back in stock. And on top of that, I later received a complimentary Hip & Core Band due to delayed shipping. Which I personally didn’t think I waited all that long to receive my original package, so I was very taken aback when I received the Hip band. I thought the whole experience was beyond generous with outstanding customer service, and for that alone I will continue to do business with and/or recommend Crossover Symmetry, not to mention I’m also very pleased with the products and knew I was buying a quality item as I’ve used it in my gym before. Thank you very much for everything! Highly recommend this company.

Excellent product
Lots of shoulder improvements within the first couple of weeks
Website is great and programs are easy to follow.
Very happy with the purchase

I purchased this product as a last ditch effort to strengthen my shoulders, before I went back to the doctor’s office. I’ve used CS for the last month, and I’ve seen solid results. I have to admit that while I’m not 100% consistent doing it everyday, I’ve felt less pain in both shoulders, and certainly more strength. I highly recommend this product for your shoulder health.

Very happy with my order

Great system

I love it! Been using it daily for two weeks now and already feel less pain and more mobility in my shoulders!

I have struggled with a high hamstring injury since February and have been rehabbing it for the last few months. I have been using the Crossover Symmetry activation exercises before every run for the last month or so and I definitely notice a difference! My pain levels have continued to go down, and my form and stride are much "cleaner." I also love the design that doesn't roll up and move around like typical mini bands. It's a great product that I wish I'd purchased sooner!

Very impressed with the quality of service and product. The cables are very well made as is all the supporting materials (e.g. videos and programs). In my opinion it’s worth the premium price.

Just great! I´m using the CS shoulder & hip system and it supports me lot in warming up, using full range of motion and strengthening the muscles which are sometimes forgotten.

I´m using both on every trainingday!

My package got lost in the mail. When I emailed I got a response right away and got my order sent to me overnight. Great customer service. Also love my crossover symmetry.

High quality bands, easy to install, and the exercises are awesome. There was a shipping delay and to make up for it they shipped me a pair of 10lb bands! A company with integrity

Awesome as always!

I have had recurring shoulder dislocations for around 5 years now and due to insufficient medical insurance (MURCA!) I have not been able to pursue physical therapy and resorted to finding rehab techniques on the internet. After a long period of resignation to my injuries, I discovered CS on facebook. Figuring I had nothing better to do during quarantine, I gambled on the CS shoulder and hip package. I love it. The program is easy to follow and the results speak for themselves. I used to not be able to raise my arm over my head while lying down and experienced pain when trying to raise anything overhead or even extend my shoulder to put my arm around my girlfriend. After a few months of daily CS usage (Activation daily and Strength 3 times a week) I noticed marked reduction of pain and increase of motion. I can turn cartwheels with more confidence and my apprehension through all shoulder movements is reduced drastically. Besides the rehab, I feel the intermuscular coordination between my shoulders, neck and back is also improved and I am getting a better sense of how to use those muscles. Great! Shipping on my order was delayed due to COVID and the CS team sent me an additional crossover cord as a free gift due to the delay. Great customer service and a great product. Proud to be on the Crossover Symmetry team!

Bought the crossover symmetry individual package for my son as he wanted to take mine when he recently moved. The package was delivered in time for his birthday.

Really like the way I can work my shoulders

Awesome product!
