I wish I'd found this program sooner! I purchased Crossover Symmetry's shoulder bands during COVID quarantine, wanting to incorporate some new cross training. 2 weeks after the gym opened back up, after 3 months of not climbing, I was sending more difficult routes than I ever had before. It was clear that the improvement was from my increased scapular strength. I also had more shoulder mobility and no pain. Would highly recommend this.

I’m so surprised how effective & useful this program is. It is simple & yet dynamic, well-constructed, & super well executed. At first it seems steep costs fir the equipment but the real gem is the access to training! There are amazing programs at your fingertips specified to need by sport or injury. I used both the 30day shoulder fix & back fix after my initial postpartum rehab to bulletproof my shoulders & trunk before returning to more training & it was priceless!
I identified Movement pattern assymetry & muscle activation issues that I’d never seen but had nagging Related pains & solved them! In fact I was able to gain more shoulder stability Than before I’d been pregnant and competing! I love the simplicity & challenge of the programs & movement. Through having to be disciplined & patient moving slowly through the movements I felt I became more mentally resilient as well.
Matt’s demo videos were easy to follow with great scaling up/down options.

Once the company realized there was an issue with shipping orders they worked hard to fix the problem and kept us informed about the progress. I really appreciate a company that communicates with its customers. While waiting for my bands to arrive I was able to start watching the videos about the different programs and how to use the bands. This allowed me to start my program for shoulder rehab as soon as they arrived. The program has been great and I am noticing a difference.

I have been using the shoulder routine for over 8 months and it is the best and easiest rehab routine I’ve ever used. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and I work as an RMT (manual therapist) and I’ve been recommended it to a lot of my patients.

I have a torn rotator and torn labrum that occurred during a lift. They need surgery, but I dread being down for six months with no lifting. Saw the ad for this product which talked about the gentleman’s wife who tore her rotator and that this really helped. It has. Unbelievably. I’m not cured.
