I was dealing with shoulder pain for over a year after a skiing fall. My doctor suspected a small tear in the supraspinatus based on when I felt pain, but no MRI was done to confirm. Initially I was unable to bench press or snatch because the pain was so bad. I received 2 cortisone shots, the first worked well for about 4 months, but the second did have the same results. The pain returned, but slowly improved over time, but never 100%. I was able to do bench and overhead work, but I could feel the injury. I decided to try C.S. figuring I had nothing to lose. I did the pain program and followed it exactly. As soon as I finished I resumed overhead work and the pain is 98% gone now. In certain positions I can feel a slight twinge, but I am benching and snatching essentially pain free. C.S. really improved my quality of life. Even things like taking off my shirt would require me to move certain ways to avoid pain, or putting my luggage in the overhead bin on a plane hurt. Now I take do all that pain free. This was definitely a wise investment for me.

I purchased the hip/core crossover about two months ago. My hips have become tight as I age. I began running during covid. I use the crossover to warm up before a run and later in the day as I get stiff. I use it in the morning before work as well. I love it. I believe it’s really helped loosen up better and prevent injury.
