I finally broke down and bought the crossover symmetry shoulder system based on recommendations. I can’t review it with miracle cure testimony because my shoulders weren’t injured but I have used it for about 2 months now everyday as a warmup and really have loved it. It gets me moving and I feel the burn from all angles in my shoulder which I assume is strengthening up all the connecting muscles that protect the joint from injury. It’s quick and easy for big payoffs. My parents bought one at my recommendation and I am excited to see how it helps their elderly joints.

This review has nothing to do with the product because I NEVER received it which sucks since I needed it. However dealing with customer service was a good experience. A lot of the times, this isn’t the case with customer service. They refunded my money. Wish I would have received the product though.

We have a full red flag screen that should be done prior to the exercises to alert you to any modifications that you may need to do or if you are using the too heavy a resistance level.
