Jack, I apologize. We sent you emails explaining that we had to split your order and you would be receiving 2 shipments. Due to Covid the warehouse is delayed getting the second part out to you. You should have received an email with tracking. The second shipment is due to arrive tomorrow.

This program has been incredibly beneficial in rehabbing my shoulder. I had a high grade rotator cuff tear repaired and after 1 year of traditional PT I was only about 85%. This program has taken me back to 99% and I'm still getting stronger. Thank you so much.

Use it everyday and I have found a lot of relief in my overhead presses and shoulder tension. Also have built up more strength in overhead holds and stability.

Shoulders have never felt this good. It is unreal to be able to lift without shoulder pain. All from just using 5 minutes per day!

Product is fantastic. Super easy to set up the door strap and can simply leave it there and not have to take it down and setup every time we use it. The customer service at crossover symmetry is incredible. Very fast response time and always looking to help. Thank you so much for an amazing product!!

I was uncertain as to whether or not I should purchase these. I have several regular bands and wasn't sure if these would be any better or worth the money. I am happy I purchased them though. I like the pads and how they feel. They seem very durable and should last a long time. I have been using mine for about a month and love them. I recommend them.
