A great shoulder program that is similar to some of the physical therapy I've done over the years. It only takes a few minutes a day, and the little things like the chart, videos, and on-line resources add value over just buying some bands and trying to put together your own program. Though I still have some lingering pain, it's far less and I feel much stronger and more stable through my shoulders.

I had used CS at my local box, but I wasn’t dedicated to it probably because I didn’t know about the related material in the book and online. I developed some shoulder pain and was fairly sure it was rotator cuff but I am not an expert. I tried some at home stretches and rehab but it wasn’t really helping. A Google search later I found the bulletproof shoulder guarantee offered by CS and remembered them from the gym. Because of Covid19 I didn’t have access to a physiotherapist or a chiropractor so I thought I should give this a try. Glad I did because a month later and no more shoulder pain!

The bands overall are a great approach to shoulder rehab and the video content individually is good, however, the format for viewing the content is a bit tedious. Adding simple features within the video template to select between videos would make viewability much easier
