I was impressed by the great customer service in dealing with the delay of the package :) i'm very much enjoying the crossover symmetry and the hip halo, they are really easy to integrate into the warm-up and I'd say the activation it gives me is incomparable to the one I'd get from warming up by myself. I'm still in the process of getting disciplined with the strength parts of the system, so I don't have a full opinion about them, but it did feel good the few times I tried them. Thanks for an awesome product and for the resources in the training zone! (Background: amateur crossfiter without any previous injuries - i got the system as a prehab measure and to eliminate the occasional pains I'd get in my scap area)

The shoulder scap exercises have really helped get my shoulder back to "almost normal". I haven't been lifting heavy weight since the Pandemic. I hope when I get back to Crossfit next week I will be able to see what I can do with the barbell-hopefully with minimal to no pain. I plan on continuing to use the bands to keep my shoulders healthy. This has helped me more than PT.
