I bought a set of Crossover Symmetry bands. I see better results in 2 months than I ever got with weights. Purchased rower, elliptical, and stationary bike. I had been using cardio machines with outdoor bike and walking for years.
Since the virus lockdown started I give crossover credit for all my improvement. I will not rejoin gym.

I think this fitness system has merit. Unfortunately, the instructional part of the program is disorganized. There are about 5 different ways to access the training information, and it is very confusing on how to get started. The system hasn't worked for me as my pain has increased with these workouts.

Hi William, I am sorry you did not get the results you wanted. Although we have very high success rates, everyone's situation is unique. That is why we provide high levels of support (including advice from medical professionals) to those who may need some extra care during the program. It is also why we provide a no questions asked refund policy.
We do ask anyone dealing with pain to go through our Red Flag Screen to help spot any issues that may need medical consultation or modifications during the program. And then if you aren't seeing gains in a few weeks of doing the program, that is grounds to see a medical professional as well. Over a thousand physical therapy clinics use Crossover Symmetry in clinic and as take home equipment because it is so effective.
Finally, there is a lot of info in the Training Zone and it can be confusing at first. We have a revamp of the Training Zone coming out in about a month that will streamline the flow a great deal.
