Wow! So pleased with my crossover symmetry HIP AND CORE trainer. Purchased the medium (RED) and have been very satisfied with the resistance level. Hip circle is well-engineered and very comfortable. It STAYS IN PLACE which is my FAVORITE feature! Even the wide fabric/cloth hip circles that I own eventually ride up and don't stay in place. Highly recommend CROSSOVER SYMMETRY!!

After hurting my left shoulder at a crossfit gym with crappy instructors, my shoulder was so damaged I couldn't do any type of physical activity with it and I quit working out entirely for 3 years. I got so unhealthy and out of shape I decided to give another crossfit gym a shot- after the first day my shoulder started getting irritated again. I decided to try CS as a last resort.
Within a couple of days my pain started going away. Within a couple of weeks I was lifting heavy weights and doing cleans, push presses, snatches, for the first time since my injury. Within that first month I was doing Rx weight and hitting new PRs at crossfit. With the help of my new great crossfit instructors and CS I've been able to move forward with my shoulder and manage my pain, something I didn't think I would ever be able to do. I recommend CS to everyone I know, it truly is an amazing product.

When CS first started appearing in CrossFit gyms, there was not much instruction on proper use other than the pictograms on the exercise chart. People misused them, the bands often broke, to the point that my gym quit replacing them. Now with version 2.0, the bands are much improved.
More importantly there is now outstanding instruction on proper use available on the internet, and with a new set at home I am, after 35 years of shoulder problems from old injury, getting my shoulder healthy again.

I recently purchased the hip and core system to compliment the shoulder package that was gifted to me. I love them both. I tore my meniscus and didn't like how the bands given me by my physical therapist bunched up on my legs. The Crossover Symmetry system is comfortable, and the guide has easy to follow workouts. I get through my shoulder exercises in 5-10 minutes, and my hip and core exercises (which greatly help my knee) in 5-10 min. My body (shoulder, hips, knees) feels much better. Really convenient and effective!
