I bought crossover symmetry on a recommendation from my nutrition coach because I was having a huge issue with the muscles between my spine and shoulder blades. Anytime I did snatches or overhead presses or pullups, I would have severe pain and wouldn't be able to move my head the next day. After fighting this for a month where I was hurting my back every week, resting for a couple of days, easing back into it, and then immediately hurting myself again, I got almost IMMEDIATE relief from using this before I go to the gym every day. Most days, but especially the days where I'm doing overhead movements, I take 10 minutes in the morning to run through the activation movements before I leave for the gym, finish my regular warm up at the gym, and proceed with my weightlifting and workouts, and as long as I do that warm up, I do not get hurt. I don't know what it is about this program, but it was worth every penny.

I'm very pleased with the hip band, and the comprehensive instructions you provide. These are effective for strengthening my glutes. I expect your other products to be equally good.

Highly recommended! I am a fifty-plus year old athlete who has been regularly lifting, running, biking, swimming, and doing martial arts for over thirty years now. The downside of being so active for so long is that you begin to incur overuse injuries. In particular, my right shoulder had been bothering me for years. I was told it might be arthritic or perhaps I had a slight rotator cuff tear. Over time, I came to terms with the constant discomfort and got by by babying my shoulder as much as possible. Then I came across Crossover Symmetry. The shoulder fix program is only thirty days? I decided to give a try. There was really not much downside; I was looking at either A) not doing the things I wanted to do, B) extended therapy, or C) surgery. Within weeks, I started to see improvement. By the end of the month, I was largely pain free. I"ve now begun doing Cross Fit while continuing to use the Crossover Symmetry program for warming up, recovery, and shoulder strength. This is a fantastic system for activating both the hips and the shoulders. I have been personal training for 20 years and this is one of the best systems I have come across in my career.

Options offered cover my situation perfectly. Originally bought as an extravagant version of those short service bands from PT, the program has enough options to cover the range between untreated injury sites to the associated tissue that has atrophied. Price is much more attractive when considering it’s a lifetime investment.

Hey... bought the band package and then the mounting hardware separately, but l never received exercise instructions. Would love to leave a review but l still haven't used bands because they are to rehab a surgically repaired shoulder. I do not want to use unless totally sure l am using with proper form.

Works great. Unfortunately, the exercises need to be ordered seperately.

I love the gear, but the printed guide and especially the video curriculum and the programming, notably the 30-day shoulder fix, are all simply outstanding. Fixed me right up and both shoulders feel healthier than ever. Huge CS fan!

Outstanding quality and functionality. Absolutely fast tracked my rehab from a seriously injured shoulder. I am an ex pro athlete and as such, have had a lot of exposure to various rehab practitioners and systems.

I can’t say enough about this system! I am an Olympic weightlifter and do CrossFit. I played volleyball for 10 years I have had chronic shoulder problems, these problems have created instability and pain in the overhead position. Since using crossover symmetry I have noticed an amazing difference in my shoulders! They feel more stable and stronger and my pain is gone. Crossover Symmetry is a great product but even better is their management team! I recently tore my rotator cuff and wanted to go the route of rehab instead of surgery. I had been referred to Crossover Symmetry by several of my paddle tennis friends whom currently use it every day! I ordered the individual package and started to do the prescribed exercises until my doctor said I also had a labrum tear and needed to get surgery.
I then needed to see if I could return my used Crossover straps and package. Nick Manske at Crossover immediately said no problem. He also offered to put me in contact with our exercise professionals if I wanted to discuss the possibility of trying some amendments to the program. He also offered to still take my return even if I wanted to try the straps a little longer. He said the company definitely would like to help me if they could! I really appreciated his sincere desire to help his customer and ultimately he made sure I was refunded in full!
