Mobility sac works great for those pinched muscles that you can't normally get to.

Perfect tool/equipment to activate/warm up your shoulders before any workout. Also a great tool for accessory shoulder workouts.

Great product that will make a tremendous difference on the mobility and stability of my shoulders and hips. This is the kind of work that is often overlooked, but can have a huge impact on the long term health of these major joints. Very happy with the purchase!

Love this product! I got one because my physical therapist had it.

The bands are the appropriate strength and are well made. The door attachments fit the door and stay in place without slipping down. The exercise charts are easy to follow and help guide you to a good balanced workout. When I am finished working out my shoulders feel great, a little tired/relaxed, but great.

The product is great-just as advertised. My issue is with the training program. It seems confusing and there are so many small videos and different sections to navigate. I was trying to access all of this with my phone and it was really hard to make some of the links describing the exercises work. I was also confused that you stated we would not need bands week 1 of the pain session, but the pdf said to complete a CS activation each day along with the stretches. I tried to go back and rewatch the video to see what I missed but it was just too difficult to navigate back. I think your program would greatly benefit from an app.

Hi Richelle, we are planning to launch a revised (mobile friendly) version of the training zone next month. It will make navigation much easier.

The halo arrived quickly. I love the you tube exercises instructions and the hand out card that came with it. It works better than the store bands gives tension. I can see results already. Back pain is not an option. Love it!

Crossover Symmetry is one of the best tools I have invested in in the last year! We use it in an outpatient physical therapy clinic as well as in a sports performance setting. It truly is invaluable! Thank you!

I have been wanting this system for a few years now and finally decided to go for it. I have the door straps, and assembly was simple. I have only had to tighten them once.

Great programs! I have had knee, back, and a recent shoulder injury. I purchased the shoulder program and the hip halo. Since starting the programs I have had great results in mobility, strength and pain relief. Customer service was great as well!
