Love Crossover Symmetry! I'm not giving 5 stars only because I'm disappointed that a band broke after ~3yrs of home use. I can see a band wearing out or breaking when used at a commercial gym, but it's just me using them 3-4 times per week.

I wish I knew about this product earlier......the best preventive medicine for shoulders on the market. The online program and follow along videos are gold couldn't be happier with this purchase...I also just bought the hip and knee program.

Our swim team uses the cords daily. They’ve been a great tool for our athletes. Consider removing them from a chlorinated area daily to preserve their longevity.

The crossover symmetry has helped me to almost completely eliminate my shoulder pain. I use it before every workout as a warmup. Thank you so much for an excellent product and program.

I feel like it has really helped me a lot! I don't like that I can't order another band to add to my system. Thats all that keeps me from giving this a 5.

These products are effective tools, supported by high-quality on-line video instructions and hard-copy protocols. My shoulder health has definately improved using Crossover Symmetry Bands and the Mobility Sac on a regular basis. The Hip Halo is good tool for warming-up and strengthing my hips for WODs and tennis. Products are well-made and delivered quickly.

My bride and I LOVE your quality products!
The best shoulder workout there is for me,
And the hip and core workout is killer!
We love that we can workout at home.
Both our work schedules are heavy,
So we can knock out workouts in 30min.
We will definitely take them on vacation.

I am very happy with the product. I no longer have to deal with the bands that twist in to an uncomfortable position as soon as I move and the pain from the band on my skin.

One month in, and me and my partner can already see a difference in our shoulder health! Great for warm-up, great for cool down, and amazing for a quick shoulder strength session on days with tight schedule!
