LOVE the shoulder and hip halo system. Shoulder pain went away after 1 week of using the activation exercises. Knee pain took 2 weeks, but still gone after using the hip halo. I've been recommending this to my patients (I'm a PT and triathlete).

Love it! Just get it! It is very simple and easy to use. If you need help, log in to your Training Zone and let them help you.
I can see this, later on, to be use like a pre-workout for warming up my shoulders...
Thank you guys!

I love my Crossover symmetry set. Use it for activation everyday, it helps prep me for gymnastics, snatch, overhead squats, etc. Also hip halo is amazing. Use it anytime squats are involved in the workout, or just to strengthen small muscles involved in squats, lunges, step-ups etc

Great quality for an affordable price. The bands are well made and look as though they will last and not lose their elasticity unlike other brands.

Love it!! It helps strengthen my surgically repaired right shoulder from a torn labrum and rotator cuff 1 year ago and also the same thing 4 years ago on my left shoulder. Left shoulder is better than new today and right one on its way. Great on strengthening scapula and entire thoracic area. Planning on competing again in near future.

100% worth the investment. My Olympic lifts feel stronger and my shoulder hurts less. I’ve only been doing CS for 5 weeks 3-4 times per week but I’m already addicted the quick results.

We ordered three sets of bands, and one set starting to fray after being used a few times. We reached out to the crossover symmetry team, and they sent out a new pair within a couple of days. Outstanding customer service.

I used crossover symmetry about ten years ago and finally bought my set! Unfortunately I moved and haven’t been able to open my set yet but I can’t wait to! I love them
