I love using my crossover symmetry bands for activation and shoulder rehab/ prehab. I can really feel the difference since intergrating it into my routine pre/ post workout. Would recommend to anyone.

Great product. I was introduced to it by Crossfit Games Athlete Cole Sager on one of his videos. I use the Hip Halo every time I go to the gym. The product really gets me loosened up for my high impact workout. I was so impressed with the device, I've recommended it to friends and given it as a Christmas gift.

The shoulder regime keeps old arms going and has played a part in reviving some other arms. We are all old BP throwers and found new life with Crossover.

I’ve been using the shoulder system for almost three weeks, and my painful right shoulder is significantly stronger and much less painful. I can tell my both my mobility and strength is improving, and plan to stay committed. Thanks for the great product.

The equipment works well. The video instruction on the basic movements is good. It is very difficult to find the PDF for the month long program. The information for the month long prigram is confusing and didficult to follow. I have just been doing the activation and feel that I am not getting everything I could out of your product. I need a simple month long calender of what to do. Thanks

Absolutely a must for shoulder therapy and recovery. Anyone with an active lifestyle should add this to their equipment inventory and use it regularly.

Crossover Symmetry has changed my life dramatically! I had a very weakened shoulder due to a frozen shoulder I had to rehab from over a year ago. I never got my strength back even though I'd recovered most of my range of motion with PT. I joined CrossFit and the weakness became very apparent. I also learned about it at my gym. I purchased the shoulder set and have done the shoulder rehab program. Amazing!! I am also an archer and had lost my ability to shoot well. No longer. My shooting has returned and even improved. I can't say enough about CS!
