I have both the Crossover Symmetry bands for shoulders and the Hip Halo. I use both religiously and can’t say enough good things about them. The shoulder bands have been a life saver for my shoulders. I went from considering shoulder surgery to no issues or pain whatsoever. The Hip Halo has been great for movement prep, hip strengthening and glute activation. Would love to see the company continue to develop products for athlete issues like golf/tennis elbow. Highly recommend these products to every athlete and tactical guy I talk to.

The shoulder system and hip/core system are both amazing. I’ve been rehabbing several nagging injuries, some severe (2+ years of shoulder tendinitis), others little small issues. All of my injuries are almost completely healed and I haven’t felt this good in over 5 years. Cannot recommend either of these products enough, there’s something to be gained from them by anyone.

Becoming a habit which will help me avoid injury I hope. 70 yrs old playing league and county badminton shoulders get a hammering. This is my warm up before weights etc. 👍🏸🏋️

Helped me a lot with shoulder impingement caused by dysplasia, sitting a lot and jumping into Crossfit.
I‘ve had the shoulder system shipped to Europe multiple times for friends and gifted it to my gym, too.
Keep it up :)
