I had rotator cuff surgery in March. Out of the sling in July. I did one month of the CFS and my shoulder is back to about 80%. I’m going to increase the weight and start pull-ups after the next month. Don’t want to rush it but so far I’m very happy with my CFS setup. A little bit each day has paired off.

using only 1 of the 4 programs included with the purchase, and only 1 to 2 times a day (5 - 10 minutes) my shoulders very sneakily got healthy and strong! I didn’t really have shoulder pain, but ha definitely noticed imbalances which are now much better. I think the system works well.
An area for improvement would be to provide more information prior to the purchase. I would have felt better knowing more beforehand. As I contemplate getting the hip system I am faced with the same challenge.
