I’m 64 years old and have played sports all of my life. In my youth it was mostly baseball and football as I got older it has been basketball and golf. The past three years I have been very limited on my ability to exercise due to lower back surgeries but also from chronic shoulder pain. Learning to deal with my lower back problems has been a life long effort which I have accepted and been dealing with, however the shoulder pain was very frustrating. One year ago my daughter bought me the crossover symmetry bands with instructional materials. I am now able to get a good nights sleep without the need for pain or sleep pills. I am again working out both modified CrossFit and light weight lifting. Although fighting Father Time is a hard fight your system has been great in easing my pain and assisting my ability to continue to exercise. I can’t thank you or my daughter enough. 👍

I love the system. I just wish they had an app that made it even easier to get the exercises visible.

Item was shipped fast and online resources are good. Items are slightly overpriced, especially with knockoffs in the market, but I'm still satisfied with it.

No one would answer 2 voicemails and an email. Don’t expect any support or to be able to send it back.

Brad, I am sorry you had trouble. If we missed a voicemail, I do apologize. We are a small company and only have people available during normal office hours but that is not an excuse to not get back in a timely manner. We have a support link on every single page of our website, but it does not appear you used that to contact us, as I don't see you in the system. I am sending you a private email now to help resolve your problem.
