Excellent product. I started using the shoulder system during rehab / physical therapy for a shoulder injury. I continue to use it 6 months later post physical therapy about 5 times a week. I no longer have shoulder pain while training and have increased my mobility. I still have not ramped up to max bench press yet as I am being careful. I have noticed increased strength in several lifts and can do more pull ups despite not training with as much weight on certain lifts as I used. In addition, I have learned more about shoulder position and stabilizer muscles and have a better mind/muscle connection after using this product. I strongly recommend this product to all who wish to preserve the life of their shoulders while still enhancing performance.

The products are good quality and there are a good range of exercises. Delivery did not match the promises on the website which was a shame.

There was in issue with the USPS delivery and your customer service was top-notch. I received an answer within hours and it was sorted out within a day. We definitely will be return customers after this experience! The shoulder regimen has already been helpful. Even my kids want to participate in the exercises.

I’m very pleased with the product, but I didn’t receive any exercise cards. What’s worse is that I e-mailed you, but never received any reply. So: product: great, customer service: bad

Had shoulder surgery (SLAP, Rotator, Biceps Tenodesis) in February 2019. Was able to work through therapy pretty quick and wanted to continue to build a good base before getting back into Olympic lifts. I could not be happier.

This is helped me come back from from significant shoulder injuries. I now don’t workout without warming up on the shoulder system and halo.
