The product tis great, but ordering is very confusing. I originally ordered on lone from Amazon and got the wrong mounting brackets. So I sent them back to Amazon and ordered directly from Crossover Symmetry but fo rate same $ did not get the same accessories (got more from Amazon for the same price). You offered to exchange the Amazon one but the shipping costs were too high. Please make it clear what;s included in the kit, the one I ordered from Amazon included the Mobility Sack, the one I ordered direct did not, but I did not realize it.

Injured my shoulder during an obstacle race - I thought my season was over. I've been using CS for 5 weeks now. My shoulder hurt so much I couldn't get past the first week test for 3 weeks. Today, I did a dead hang for over 2 minutes. When I first injured it, I couldn't do more than 5 seconds. I've told all my friends with shoulder issues about CS. I was skeptical when I bought it, but, I'm a true believer in it now.

It's certainly helping. I'm a 64-year old baseball & football coach, just starting year 43 as a teacher/coach. Spent much of my younger days as multi-sport athlete So, lots of wear and tear. Needed a cortisone shot in April this year to throw BP. Got thru season then tweaked right shoulder in mid-June. Purchased Crossover program in July. No 30 day fix for me. But after about 6 weeks, I may be turning a corner. I seem to have found a sweet spot with Crossover Symmetry training and supplementary work (Jobe, Zach Dechant's Movements Over Maxes). I think my problem is being 64, so it's taking me more time to heal. I definitely will recommend this product and program to others, including my athletes. My old shoulders have been"around the block," so silver citizens need closer to 60 days to get real improvement. Without a setback, I could be near 100% in a couple weeks. Thanks for asking.
