I am in love with the crossover symmetry system! I accidentally found open water swimming and was immediately hooked, swimming as much as I could. Of course, I got lazy with my strength training sacrificing it to fit more swimming in. Over the last year I've completed my first marathon swim and am currently training to swim Catalina Channel. Because I neglected my strength training my shoulders got weak and started causing me so much pain I thought something was terribly wrong. Turns out I just needed some specific strength work so now I'm obsessed with crossover symmetry.
