Both the Crossover Symmetry shoulder and hip systems have been working wonders for me. After 3 weeks my shoulder pain is gone and I'm feeling and strengthening my scapular region like never before. The hip system is helping greatly with strength and eliminating knee pain. Strengthening my body with this system is actually making my overall movement patterns feel younger and more supple.
The exercise / rehab programming is unique in how it has been choreographed and fits perfectly with the equipment. The equipment is very well made and would be a lot of work to duplicate its performance with a home-built solution. Obviously, I am very happy and am obtaining life-changing physical results, as I had recurring shoulder and knee pain. I am following the protocol exactly and it is totally working. You could compare this small investment to thousands of dollars in physical therapy, which still might not produce these results.

The Hip and Core program is great, but I was disappointed in the bands. Especially the red one. I purchased all three bands and the red band stretched out too much after only one use. So much so that my wife who is a shorter athlete can’t widen her legs enough for the band to have enough tension. I feel like this is something that meeds to improve. Even as a tall athlete myself I find that I can’t use the red band for anything other than the side plank clam shells, and even then, it has way too much slack. As this is the band being promoted for Genpop, it should definitely have more tension. I recommended these band to a client and she said the same thing about the red band. This makes me feel like the yellow band might have no use.

Hi Tertius, I am sorry to hear that. That should not happen and we will replace ASAP. We are actually coming out with a smaller size HALO that will work best with smaller athletes and also the youth market. I think you will be pleased.
