Crossover Symmetry has allowed me to return to activities that I love such as weight training, Spartan Racing and so on. My shoulder strength and flexibility has increased and the pain I was experiencing in my left shoulder is almost non existent. I have only been using the product for about a month. So I know it will get even better and stronger.

Can't live without my X- symmetry! Use the bands daily! Bought sets for both my Cross fit Athlete daughters. If you have "shoulders" you need X - Symmetry!

Absolutely love the Hip and Core System. I use the Activation/recovery program multiple times a day- always before and after workouts or running, and anytime I find during the day. It’s a great way to warm up and prep all your muscles to fire properly and prevent injuries. The It has really helped me learn to use my glute muscles properly as I have been struggling with chronic hamstring injuries due to poor glute activation. The plyometric and strength programs have really developed my control when jumping and landing which is really important to me in order to prevent injuries. The programs are very easy to follow, quick to perform and the package comes with helpful video demonstrations including progressions, regressions and other helpful tips. I would recommend this to anyone- whether your goal is to improve performance, prevent injuries or reduce wither hip, knee or back pain.

I am recovering from a shoulder injury and after going through physical therapy began to search for an at home method of continuing an exercise routine. I have found the resistance band training by Crossover Symmetry to be a good solution in addition to the exercises that I had already been doing. Its a fun and functional system, easy to install with high quality components.

These are great for pre-lift warm up and ongoing shoulder and back maintenance; I have made them a regular part of my resistance training for years.
