Crossover symmetry has helped immensely in my recovery from a rotator cuff injury that led to a frozen shoulder. After 9 months of physical therapy I was released based on the insurance companies assessment and though my shoulder was much improved I still could not do basic exercises or stretches. CS has helped me to continue to strengthen my shoulder, increase mobility, and I am now able to do light body weight exercises like pull ups and assisted push-ups, for the first time in almost 2 years. I have no doubt that as I continue the program I will continue to improve and will get back to workout condition.

Love it! Been using Crossover Symmetry about 3 weeks now and can already feel my shoulders getting stronger. I am really satisfied with the bands. I just wish that you had videos depending on the injury itself. For instance, MRI showed I had mild subacromial-subdeltoid synovitis of the serous bra that caused it when i jumped on a bar to do some pull ups. All three doctors said its rest some rehab and nothing serious. 1.5 years passed and still hearing 7-8 consecutive cracking noises and hurts when hanging but through thoracic spine mobility and using the bands i managed to get stronger but still its not as strong for some exercises as the other shoulder especially anything that involves hanging e.g i can hang using my right arm only but i cant even think about doing it with me left. The programs are excellent I just wish they had videos depending also on what was injured and how.
