I’m relying on my Crossover cords as a follow up to my post shoulder surgery rehab. I developed severe Tendonitis 5 months into my standard physical therapy rehab and I’m hoping the Crossover program is the key to my long term recovery. I started my 15 year old son on the Activation program last week. Crossover Symmetry’s customer service is second to none!

Very quality customer service. I ordered the wrong attachment so i called attempting to correct... Instead of just correcting my mistake they actually sent me all three hookups they offer and told me just to learn which i like best!!

Solid construction, fairly easy to follow exercises and making a world of difference to our shoulder health and performance in the gym!

I bought this system after my shoulder surgery and was also the same system used in physical therapy. Once received, I had several questions. When I called I got straight through and spoke with Dugan who talked me through various options that had not occurred to me and was very helpful. Thank you for everything!

This is just the best Gym equipment I could have bought. Had rotator cuff problems and bad mobility and after 1 month I don't have pain and my mobility is improving a lot (paired with flexibility exercises)
Just a shame that I didn't buy the Deluxe package because now I'm going to buy more cords for my GF :)

The customer service has been excellent! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the introductory material. In particular, I could never find the videos of the instructions for performing the individual exercises. I had to resort to youtube videos of clients to see how to do them correctly.
