I have had great success with this program! I'm dealing with both a neck injury and a shoulder injury (large labral tear) with noticable weakness and loss of muscle. I used the activation only excercises for awhile before moving along to the strengthening portion. It's a work in progress but I regained range of motion, reduced pain and started building muscle again. It's a program that's extremely effective and an easy purchase when looking at the cost/benefit. Anyone that's paid for months of PT knows it's expensive (but also very beneficial). I will continue to use the program indefinitely as its also great prehab!

I have been dealing with some bad posture, a pinched rotator cuff and some tendonopathy in my left shoulder. I have been doing a combo of things including dry needling, stretching, posture exercises and some other small things. Adding in the crossover symmetry program has gotten me close to being 100% again and I'm still only able to use the light bungees. I think it is a good program and I maybe could have avoided some of this crap if I was more about prevention rather than treatment. I would recommend it even though I think it is way over priced. But until everyone stops buying it the price won't change.

We LOVE this product! It is like having a portable pully wt system. I bought an additional set to use at work and one for my portable gym in my car. I use the straps to hook onto towing bars on my car for an outdoor workout. I love the additional weight options for different exercises. Great product that fits a unique niche!! Highly recommend!

My physical conditioning anchors around Crossover Symmetry. After serving 13 years in Special Operations, I'm left with 2 torn labrums, bicep tendinopathy, and arthritis. I wish I would have discovered this system years ago. The product is compact, durable, and dramatically decreased the pain in both shoulders. I currently have the Athletic resistance package and plan on acquiring more in the future!

I started using activation three times a day. Three weeks in I noticed I am sleeping thru the night. Yay! I would normally toss and turn having to prop my arm up on a pillow for a bit. I have moved to activation in the a.m. strength at noon and recover after a wod. I will probably still have rotator surgery, but this will get me through till October.

after dealing with shoulder mobility & rotator cuff issues for 6 months & having physical therapy that made it worse, i saw an ortho shoulder specialist who not only told me to NOT stop CrossFit, he mentioned Crossover Symmetry which i immediately purchased...after the 30-day recovery program, i saw tremendous gains in both mobility and strength, as well as far less pain during certain moves. i'll continue to use this protocol daily, purchasing the heavier resistance bands as i grow stronger. at my age (60) i'm so glad i found something that is simple to use and truly works!!
