Easy ordering, fast shipment! Product is excellent.
Would be ideal if you put a 2D bar code in the box with a link to YouTube videos demoing the exercises.

Great products - I purchased the shoulder system and recently the Hip Halo these are made with quality material and the training zone is very informative. I would recommend them to others who are looking for a safe system and are preparing or rehabilitating their body after injury or are training. Each time I ordered the products delivery was quick and easy.

My 13 year old son loves CS. The charts are fantastic and easy for him to follow. He also hauls the bands all over the place and they are super durable. Thanks for making a great product!!!

The system has been working great. My shoulder is getting better all the time.
I had some questions because I didn't seem to be getting better. A slight change to the program was recommended and that seems to have corrected and improved things.

I love the concept, however I am still having shoulder pain. I went to an orthopedic Dr and was told that I have arthritis and shoulder impingement. I’m not sure sure what to do.
