Excellent system, the shoulder pain segment is fantastic, I am utilizing the program at home, the modifications and corrections offered are spot on. CS appears to be helping my swimmer shoulder pain. I am challenged to find a door that achieves 4 foot spacing ... my work around is to mount on smaller door and do one are at a time so I can achieve the cross over angle.
Crossover contacted me and has offered wall mounts as another option. Have not recieved yet but will provide update after I check them out.

Hi Luke, I am glad you are seeing results (and the free wall anchors are on the way, just slowed due to the virus). So as not to confuse any readers of this review: door belts are designed for normal size doors (28” to 42” in width.) They will not fit on a door that is 4 feet wide. We have tens of thousands of users who have gotten great results using the door belts. And they do not do the exercises one arm at a time. That is not necessary.
