Bad delivery times respect 1 week+
For the fourth time in a row (I buy 2 months at a go) the contacts have been delayed due to lack of stock.
I'd rather you removed the option to purchase if you're out of stock or give exact dates of when you will be able to deliver them.
Makes things difficult when you need them last minute and you get the lame email where we could have brought else where.

Kindly note that the lenses Freshlook ColorBlends in the colour you purchase BROWN in your prescription are not a stock item, and always need a max lead time of 7 days. This is clearly stated on the site and with your last order we shipped before that time , within 5 days . The email we send to you is to notify you that they have been ordered and to give you a dispatch estimate as this will vary according to which day you would have placed your order.We trust this clarifies the matter.We remain at your disposable.

Till my last order I was satisfied with service and entire site, but in my last order I ordered it via Express mail, cause I needed it urgent, cause I was leaving for the holiday. By mistake WELOVELENSES sent it by Standard Track Mail on 18th Jully. Now it s 5th August, my lences still didn t arrive, even dough sent, and my seaside holiday is ruined, cause I can t take my glasses of even when I get into the water. In the beggining I thought, it s ok, mistakes happen, but now I seriously frustrated. And I couldn t bout refund less.
