Irresponsible company, bad customer service, money wasted
Service is so bad. Welovelenses said in their website they can ship internationally. Apparently not, I paid some 200 euros for the lenses, and never received them. They blamed the shipper, the shipper company blamed Welovelenses, nobody takes the responsibility. Terrible service, won't come back. Other please beware!

I've always gotten my lenses without any problems and in a timely manner. The fact that I continue to re-order is probably the best proof I can give that they do a good job.

My lenses did not arrive. The customer support person unhelpfully informed me that they would not follow up any issue for 21 working days after the date of dispatch. I've ordered from another company and am awaiting the 21 day to lapse so I can request a refund.
