this pendant is definitely a wonderful piece of fashion jewelry, but somehow the cubic zirconia simply does not have the Brilliance of Moissanite. It is definitely the size of One carat, And looks very flattering On my girlfriend's neck! It is understated and elegant and I think that it definitely has a chain that is proportionate to the cubic zirconia pendant, and the prongs seem to be solid. The advertised price was over $500, however this type of costume jewelry would not ever be in that price range, even with a supposedly sterling silver chain. Overall, since I knew it was a cubic zirconia I realized it would not have quite the Brilliance of a moissanite, but overall at a more normal price this would be a delicate and elegant gift.
