We purchased an anniversary ring for my wife in white gold with a certified diamond. After having the ring for 8 months, my wife and I were not happy with the diamond and also wanted the ring in yellow gold instead. We contacted Kevin from Dazzling Rock and after discussing the issue, sent the ring and they agreed to make another ring for no additional cost. The ring we received is awesome and the diamond is extremely brilliant. They also soldered the band to the diamond ring for free. We could not be happier and highly recommend this company and Kevin as they stand behind their work even after the return period has past.

Second time purchasing. The service is always fast and efficient. I do find the shipping fees to Canada to be quite excessive, considering it is free shipping over $100 if you are a US citizen.

The ring I received resembled the ring I ordered but the diamonds were hard, nearly impossible to see. Very dissatisfied!

The charm was too small and the chain that accompanied it looked very cheap.

We are thrilled with our rings! They look amazing. Because of Covid-19 they were longer arriving and with the riots, another delay. They were
good at responding to my email and letting me know the progress. We will definitely do business with them again!!
