Ordered a ring for husband, product was exactly as described and listed. Too small in size, contacted them for return information, customer service was above top notch! Have not had this kind of service from a company in quite some time. Will continue to purchase from them. EXTRAORDINARY!!

I have purchased numerous items from Dazzling Rock and I must say that everything is dazzling!! The prices are great and the customer service is stellar!! Oh I forgot about their layaway and financing. This site is way past awesome. Dazzling Rock is now my personal jeweler.

My aquamarine and diamond wedding is simply stunning paired with my 3 cart Round Aquamarine Tiffany Engagement Ring. Roc and the Dazzling Team did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Love my ring! Can't wait for November to get here so I can wear it!

I have been dealing with dazzling rock ever since I was proposed to (my engagement ring came from there) and I must say I have received the best customer service, by far, when shopping for a wedding band. Christian has treated me like I'm his only customer. He's on top of everything. My engagement ring is beautiful and I cannot wait to get the custom band to match it. I have no doubt that it'll be just as beautiful as I imagine it to be.

The rings (3) I ordered where all customized and were made exactly as I ordered them at a very reasonable price. When I call there is always a human being that answers the phone, and they respond to emails quickly. Unfortunately, I have to call or email frequently as they do not do a very good job keeping the customer informed of the progress of the order. It can be very frustrating and time consuming (and long distance calls from Canada to California can be expensive1). This is why I gave 4 stars, and not 5

Great price but you get what you pay for. I was not expecting a follow up call but I got one anyway-loved it! It did take longer to process than I expected.

This is the first time I have been disappointed in the product . Everything else I have purchased has been outstanding but this is mediocre.

We recently ordered a ring for my wifes borthday, the band arrived very quickly as we are living in Australia and the ring was shipped from the US. Literally took 1 week, usually we wait up to 3 weeks for international deliveries. My wife loved the ring, it was exactly as it appeared on the website and it now sits next to my wifes wedding ring, which was also purchased from dazzling rocks 3 years ago. Thanks guys!!
