My ring is stunningly beautiful! They custom made two bands for my wedding ring and when I opened the box, it took my breath away! The work is exquisite and the craftsmanship is superb! Communication with Dazzling Rock was easy! A great company to work with! Thanks Dazzling Rock for my stunning ring!

They did a very job sending the ring on time. But, The way the stone shines on the web is not the way it looks in hands.

My ring is beautiful but the customer service call center needs a little work. They also charge you for getting a size other than a 7 in women's rings, that should be free.

I went to different Jewelers Mall Jewelers department store jewelry department however I wasn't satisfied with the way it looked or the price, was on the internet when the advertisement of dazzlingrock appeared went on to your website and was amazed with the quality and price that I seen so I went on and did my first purchase with dazzlingrock but surely not my last I also applied 4 financing which was very simple with the process as well thank you .

So my 7 and 8 year old sons got their ear pierced a little while ago. My youngest came to me and asked for a diamond earring like his dad's. Before I spend real money on their earring, I wanted to get a little something to see how they will do with it. This is really small but for the inexpensive price, I have no complaints.

I purchased an anniversary band ring for my wife for our anniversary. The price and quality were both very good. However, my wife and I decided to return it since it didn't align right with her wedding ring. Customer service was excellent and worked with me to successfully complete the return and refund the cost. I recommend Dazzling Rock and will definitely use them again.

I was highly pleased with my recent order from Dazzling Rock. I purchased an engagement ring with matching wedding band and it was even more beautiful in person. I get compliments on it all of the time. And it was very reasonably priced. Thank you very much!!!

Although the product I ordered was actually out of stock when I place my order, customer service contacted my via phone and email and let me know about the delay. They were acurate with the timeline and expedited shipping once they made more of the product I ordered. When it arrived it was worth the wait and looks beautiful!

I purchased a set of diamond earrings for my daughter who has small ears, and she appreciates small earrings. The diamond earrings purchased were essentially huggies with .5 diamond content. I was very happy with the quality of the diamonds--they are very dazzling and have lovely color and sparkle. The price was amazingly low for the value received Ordering and shipment were also excellent. I had to sign for the merchandise which was good to assure safety.

Happy with the order and happy with customer service once I was able to speak to someone live. For a few days I left voicemails asking for a return call to inquire why I never received tracking info. on the shipment of my order. The scheduled delivery date didn't happen when it was supposed to and when I finally got someone live they immediately got it shipped and shipped it priority to receive it sooner. I was upset at first but they took care of me and made up for the communication issue on when my order was supposed to be shipped

This is a great ring it holds its shine, no issues with size, my wife is very satisfied. Only drawback is the size of the diamonds, wish they were a little bigger, but although small the still shine very well. Would highly recommend.

The ring is very pretty and the stones are very nice. I enjoyed working with customer service to customize my ring with a larger center stone. I wish I would have known how light weight the gold is as it can't support the stone and constantly twists. Don't think I will purchase again and will have the stones reset in the future. The 4 stars is for the quality and sparkle of the stones more gold would have given it a 5 star rating.

I love it, so hard to find pink sapphires at a reasonable price. Sizing is a little off, my weeding ring and band are a size 6 and their 7 is the same size
