The item was on time and perfect. I do wish they had more selection in stone cut but I more than definitely was satisfied with the purchase.

From day one Dazzlingrock went above and beyond to make me happy. Ralph assisted me with my order and helped me with my concern that my ring enhancer wouldn't get to me before I left on vacation. Once the enhancer was delivered, it was more beautiful than the pictures. My simple 1 1/2 ct princess solitaire was now the ring of my dreams. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

It was a beautiful setting and received it in a very timely manner - although the 14k yellow gold setting was more yellow than I am accustomed to. Thank you for the prompt service though.

When I received my order, it was not correct. They were however, very apologetic and offered to accommodated me in whatever way satisfied me. I would do business with them again. It did take longer than I expect to receive my order, however they were up front from the beginning.

I bought an engagement ring, and my finance instantly fell in love with it. The ring is just like advertised and you can't beat the discount for the quality. Customer service is great also. They communicated with me promptly (I had to mail the ring back for resizing). Great experience!

A little scary at first buying a piece of jewelry based on a picture alone, but love the ring and I know she will also!

You do get a great deal! But by the time you get it you wish you would paid the extra $100 or so, to be able to wear it for the event you wanted it for.
