Formatting needs to be corrected ( pages 2,3) and there’s an extra blank page and I don’t know if it is intentional or not. Otherwise, it was a good template to use for my warranty deed.

It's a good service, but my only issue is with how the website operates. Almost all such type websites save your progress at the current point, so you can resume it later at that point without actually having to hit a special button. This website does not. If you assume it saves like a regular such site, you will have to start all over from the beginning. That is a big drawback. The deedclaim site needs to catch up with the standard methods.
