Washington Transfer-on-Death Deed
Creating the Transfer on Death Deed was very easy and did not take much time. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that I have no way to know if the deed will work as advertised, as I am not dead yet and so my beneficiaries have not had a chance to make sure it works as advertised.
