I am highly satisfied with my quit claim deed. I do have one question, iver the past few month I have been researching deeds, there differamt types and how each is used. I was under the impression that both the grantor and grantee's legal name should be in all capital's. Im the deed I recieved from you all only the grantors name was in all caps. Please correct me if im wrong.
